I just realized that all of the calls from Chicago that I have gotten this week are all from different numbers. Besides this number I have also gotten calls from 312-638-6568 and 312-638-6574. I never answer and they never leave a message. Caller ID only says "Chicago, IL" Just 3 more numbers to add to my call blocker.
This number calls me approximately a dozen times a day (sometimes only once a day, sometimes 20 times or more). The CallerID says "Chicago Mercantile Exchange," but no one ever actually talks when I answer (which I usually don't do since I don't trust strange callers). I am logging this as a prank call, because if they are telemarketers, they're pretty bad at it, given they never tell what they're trying to sell! I wish they would stop pestering me, in any case, because having the phone ring all hours of the day and night is just plain annoying.
