The caller is Telesight, Inc., a company in Chicago, IL, that specializes in Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
On original call, they left no message.
I'm guessing it was related to a recent service I received from Sears Home Repair Service.
I returned the call, and received a recorded announcement, offering me an opportunity to opt-out of future survey calls, by visiting their website, www.mysurveycontrol.com. I entered my number and opted out.
Wish me luck.

I did not purchase anything from Sears, but I did recently have a warrantly repair call from Brandsmart for a new appliance.  I'm guessing A&E service multiple companies.  Bottom line, glad to know that this call was actually related to a purchase I made instead of some random 3rd party where I don't know how they got the number.  Thanks!

Received a call from 312-640-2545.  They left no message whatsoever.

Sears survey for in-home service.  No one on the other end when they called.  my guess is the caller gets credit for initiating the call.

Had refrigerator repair from Sears. If this is a survey company from Sears then they need to speak up when call is answered or leave a voice mail. VERY Unprofessional!
