Yeah, as others have said, it's a scam. Mine was a thick accented young woman in a loud room claiming to represent ComEd and how they can lower my bill. We get a lot of these calls. ComEd have put it in writing that they are never going to call their customers about this and if anyone does call, give them no information and end the call. Definitely a scam.
