This is some sort of telemarketer.  The area code has only shown up once out of 19 calls.  They hang up or say nothing when you answer.  If you query under the phone number without the AC you find that a lot of people get calls from this number.  They say they are in the home loan or other such thing.  Sounds suspicious to me.
