Who called from 3126695047

This number calles my house 4 times per day...no message...no one there when answered...who are they...I'm on the 'Do Not Call List'

It is from an online Univeristy called Ellis University. They call me every day. VERY ANNOYING!

OMG these calls are annoying.  Only problem is, I am getting them on my cellphone rather than my home phone.  When I pick up, it's like I was on hold or something and the phone is ringing as if I am the one calling someone.

Yes, I received a call from this number and it was like I was on hold and placing the call. This is a very unprofessional way to call!

same thing four times a day, sometimes late at night when my kids are in bed,  who calls someone after 10 for business
