Calls at least twice a day and no one answers when you pick up. They leave no message. When you call them back you get a message that the mail box is full. I'm just fed up being able to do nothing to stop this nusiance, Any ideas anyone???
This number showed up on my caller ID as Council P. If this is a telemarketer, I am on the Do Not Call list and I am on it for a reason, I do not want to be called. Another problem is that "Council P" sounds like a fake name to me. If someone is misrepresenting themselves on calls, that is illegal. Do not call me again.
