They called about twice a day every day. Finally picked up and a woman asked for a person who no longer works here. Tried to sell a subscription to whitepapers. I told her no and to take my number out of their system.
I finally got sick of the calls, twice a day, at 10:00AM and 4:00PM every day for the past three weeks and called them. Claim to be a subscription service. Did have the name of a former employee as their last contact for whatever supposedly free publication they claimed to be sending, but when I stated that he hasn't worked here in two years they said they sent it to "someone else now" but couldn't tell me who. So like the printer parts scam, they seem to be looking up dated professional listings and trying to use them to get information and money.
I told them to remove me from their list. I don't have high hopes.
