Got a call from "merchant services" (312) 690-4639 saying that there was "a change in our account and it was urgent to talk to us"! This is a scam! We dont do business with these people. Dont take their calls.

Received a very aggressive call from "Janelle". After trying to politely get information as to what Bank she was from since she claimed it was a banking issue and could only speak to the company owner, Janelle became verbally aggressive and called the staff trying to deal with her a [***]. Once she was hung up on, she immediately placed 3 successive calls. She must not realize most phones have called ID.
I have been getting these calls for the past 7 months! (different numbers, including private). They always want to "send someone" to meet me personally to go over how they can save me money because MY company has been "upgraded" to a better tier … and they work above my current merchant service provider. This is a bunch of crap and a total scam! I always ask for them to mail the info to me… they don't do that. The info is too complicated and they need to have some in person go over it and explain it (seriously, that is their answer!!). I ask for their number so I can call them back, they always have an excuse not to give me a number (even though it comes up on the caller ID when they aren't calling from a private number). After several "NO's" and I hang up, another call will come from the same number they are using, but someone else … a manager explaining that "so-so" is new. You would think after 7 months, they would take me off their list and not waste their time. I just called my (real) merchant services provider and they said there is no "higher source" that works above them. They will always give a call back number and email any info I request. AND if this company is trying to use this tactic to get me to switch services… what they are doing is illegal! I am totally sick of the harassment from this group (never will say their name twice)!!! Next time this number calls, I am using my air horn on them!
"Janelle" called me this morning. VERY VERBALLY AGGRESSIVE AND RUDE. Told me I obviously didn't realize how important this issue is and wanted to speak to the company owner. I hung up on her twice and she kept calling back. She finally gave me her number for our owner to call her back and I looked it up to find this! She is SOMETHING!
