I got a call today from them, tried to explain the gal that we are a non profit union, she said it was important banking matter, I told her to give me the name of the company she was calling from and kept talking over me, I hung on her and got called back 5 more times, during these calls, she wouldn't give me the name of the company-bank, I told her that the company she works for is a scam, haven't had one call back yet.
This company keeps calling for our CEO but can't pronounce the name correctly. Claims it is urgent regarding our account with them. We don't have an account with Merchant Services! Just talks faster and over you when you press for more information.
Got a call from them about recent changes to our merchant account, I told her she did not know me and hung up on her. She called right back and said not to hang up on her because she had important information on our account. Again I told her she did not know me because we did not take credit cards and had never taken credit cards and hung up again. No call back yet, probably tomorrow I'll have to go through the same thing.
A rude lady called asking for CEO. Yeah right. Says it's about merchant account. When I ask which bank this account is with she says, "that's between me and him (CEO)." LOL, I just like to mess with these scam artists!
