I received the call at 9:22 am on Monday, no caller ID. I didn't answer.
However, I received another call (I didn't make a note of the number) couple times now in the last few weeks matching the description exactly this: "The recording pretends to have trouble with their headset and then launches into a scam about you having stayed at one of their resorts."
This is a scam. The recording pretends to have trouble with their headset and then launches into a scam about you having stayed at one of their resorts.

I am expecting an important call so I have to answer all calls. When I answered to this number, the conversation started with a female saying "oops my head set has an issue" and then continued to introduce herself as "Melanie" and obviously it was pre-recorded message triggered by any response by a person on the other side of the line... The theme of a call is "their resort you previously stayed at".. Did not listen longer, I just hung up and blocked the caller.
