Answered. Female named "Emily" calling but first had to adjust her headset. Said because of a recent stay at a resort, I was eligible for a "free vacation"..blah, blah, blah. When I asked her what resort I had stayed at that qualified me, she totally ignored my question and insisted that I answer a few questions so she could transfer me. Unless you consider a cheap motel a "resort" then I have never stayed at a resort. She also had never addressed me by name. I hung up.
Emily was a automated system with limited voice recognition and doggedly tries to get you to speak to a live agent. She is not programmed to answer even reasonable questions and it is nothing more than a stealth sales call.
