Same here, called, i didn't answer- but called back, and eventually (maybe 45 sec of silence) a computer answered and asked if I would like to be placed on a do not call list, by pressing 1.  I did so, and the voice said thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.   If you have been called, might be worthwhile to call back, wait a while until you get the message, and press one. Might prevent future call backs.
