Just called us as well. No voice mail left. I'm sure they were responding to our job posting that EXPLICITLY states that we are not interested in recruiters and they are not welcome to call us.

This number just called our office and pretended that there was network event/meeting for companies that specialize in what we do, but not once mentioned that he was from a recruitment firm. Once I googled the number, I realized that this was the same company who called us a few times before and we specifically told we were not interested in their services and told them to never call us again. So now they are pretending they are doing something different just to get through to the owner?
Boylston Group are the least ethical of all the head hunters. They are known for their cattle-calls, where they round up as many loosely matched candidates as possible for an interview. They bring the client to their office and every candidate gets about 15 minutes. It's like speed dating. They don't take the time to match the candidates up very well with the employer. They figure if they grab enough people, somebody has to be a fit. The problem is it wastes the time of nearly every person involved.
