The caller ID said "Illinois Call". I picked up and didn't say anything, my usual method for handling numbers that are unfamiliar and out of my area code. There was no response from the other end. Clickclick... Silence. I've added this number to my phonespam filter.
Call came at 4:30 PM, 07/01/15, caller identified himself as Kevin, asking if I was the person calling about an electric complaint. I advised him that the call was somewhat garbled and asked him to repeat a couple of times, he then said he would call back from another telephone. Ended...
