Who is this and why don't they ever quit calling. Don't answer calls I don't know

They've been calling here too. Caller ID says "Norc U Chicago" - some searching on that gave me this:

Seems it is a CDC survey regarding child vaccinations. I think they did leave a message on my machine to that effect the first time.

Immunization survey.

I have received many calls from this number and have asked them to call me no more after they asked me if we are expecting any children or have young children. My response was that I am 71 and my wife is 70 and no we are not planning anymore children. Even after I asked them not to call our home again, they still have proceeded to call. I called the number to tell them again to stop calling, and even though the area code is Chicago, their answering machine answered " National Childrens Study, Westmoreland County toll free line". Since I live in Westmoreland County, PA, I thought that this was rather strange. If you received any calls from this number, please post what county you live in.

This number has called me 4 times within the past month!! I live in Westmoreland County PA
