Sorry to ruin your day but the national immunization survey is exempt from the national do not call list do to the fact it is a federal government agency the CDC can call you anytime it is a federal agency sorry for the bad news.
This is from the CDC. I have asked them several times to stop calling this number, yet they continue. I am also on the National Do Not Call list. Apparently that does no good.
Placing your number on the National Do Not Call Registry will stop most telemarketing calls, but not all. Once your number has been on the registry for 31 days, you still may get:
*Calls from - or on behalf of - political organizations, charities, polls, and surveys
*Calls from companies with whom you have an existing business relationship (18 months after you make a purchase or three months after you submit an inquiry or application)
*Calls from companies you've given permission to call
My boyfriend has received calls at least once or twice a week from this number. One time he answered it and they said it was something from the CDC. But i told him i found these postings online and he then tried to call it. And a lady answered and said it was child services. Whats odd is a. we don't have any kids and b. he has no reason to have any contact with child services and c. when he called the number it had to be a cellphone because it didn't ring it was a song that played. he pretty much cussed the lady out and said if he received anymore calls from that number he was gonna file harassment charges.
