Don't answer numbers that I don't know.  They left no message.

Answered called, no response.  Then it hung up.

Called twice today. I didn't answer. No response when I tried to call back 30 seconds later. Maybe a robo-call.

Called cell. Left no message.

I answered ... An alleged message from "Com Ed" (recorded)... "You're entitled to lower electrical rates", blah blah, etc, etc .. . . . .   I cut them off and added the number to my blocked list.
