very rude individual regarding discount electricity through ComEd.  Not buying it; ComEd would send something in writing.

Called but didn't leave a message.  Probably trolling for 'live' numbers.

No message and I have been getting quite a few area code 312 (downtown Chicago) phone calls such as these on my CELL line. I do not answer. If it would be some one I know (or even a DR office) they would a) leave a message b) call back. None of this happens.

No message left, tried to call back no dial tone!
