Who called from 3127671721

Called twice today, sounded like a call center as there was a lot of background noise.  I hung up.  I received a second call about an hour later.

I live in Middle TN; I do not have friends or family in Chicago. I do not answer this number as there is never a voicemail left after they call.

This is exactly my experience with these people.....after telling them yesterday not interested,  they have called twice again.

I have nine calls from this number   answered one and guy started asking personal quwstions

Called 6 times in one day!
