There a lot of cell phone numbers, such as this, hoping we would pick up thinking we know this person. I don't know these people and this is one of the numbers that keeps calling and calling and calling.
Just got a call from the same number, also received a message from them. It has to do with a survey you might have filled out, ie. the 1,000 gift card survey from Best Buy.

received a call from this # before I had finished filling out a survey to get a free $1,000 wal mart gift card. I didn't answer, did some research & found out they are Paetec Communications Inc, out of Chicago. I filed a complaint with the National No call registery & the FCC (Form 1088). Lets see if they call again!
