Our receptionist transferred to me. Caller "of ISM" indicated he "was unable to speak of client business with anyone but our CEO". After checking with our CEO; Repeated to Caller that "the CEO was not now, never has been, nor wants to be a client of ISM." Caller was not phased, he just indicated he would email him and remind him of their business relationship. CEO was not impressed, "that's what spam is for."

Rude aggressive behavior towards anyone who is not whom they request to speak with.
A guy called in asking for our CEO by name. When asked what he was calling in regards to, he said that he had called him directly but only got his voicemail. He was "checking to see if our CEO was in the office today". He called our corporate headquarters phone number. I highly doubt that he actually has our CEO's direct line, because all of his calls are directed to his admin. I put him on hold to search the number and he hung up after about 30 seconds. This is most definitely a SCAM!!!
