Who called from 3128009044

Called today. Left a message. Female voice said "Press 1"...then abruptly ends

called cell (3:40 p.m.) no message

Received a call from 312 800-9044.  Was unable to pick it up so it showed up as a missed call.  When I tried to call the number, there was no ring at all and no one picked up.  The phone acted like the line was dead.  I do not know any one in Chicago.

Ditto except I think it is a synthetic feminine voice, too cheap to even pay a real human.

I use MrNumber as an app on my phone to block calls like these.  i will be adding this one to the list
