Who called from 3128009050

I'm on the don't call list but they don't care. No message left

called 5-13-13 at 10:21 a.m. - caller ID showed "Chicago IL" with phone number.  Got to be a scam of some sort.

this number just called my cell-- in North Carolina     ---which I might add is on "do not call list" I never answer any number I do not know and wish there was something to stop unwanted calls?!?!?!? how do they get my cell phone number????
I have applied for jobs online on sites like MONSTER and I wonder if somehow they are selling cell numbers??

I want whoever is at this number to quit calling. I am on the Do Not Call list and I want it honored.

I dont get in, they know people dont answer there phones
Where did they get my number
do they go on random classified websites like craigslist
and start calling numbers?
