Who called from 3128009071

Caller ID on my phone said call was from The Netherlands (I didn't answer it); when I checked my Missed Calls list, it had this number (312-800-9071).  Obviously a scam/deceit call.

Call came in on my cell. I answered, but there was no response. After about 15 seconds, I politely said goodbye, and wrang off.

.. Just more ILLEGAL ALIEN SCUM with a scam. ..... They don't speak English or say anything.  Are all 15 million ILLEGAL ALIENS allowed to scam tax paying America ? What's in it for you &  me?
