Who called from 3128009163

They called, I did not pick up & they left no message. Not sure who they are, but my phone said that the phone # was out of Chicago, IL.

I occasionally get calls from this number, but never answer, letting it go to voicemail. Never any messages left.

Called and hung up before I could answer.  I recently replied to a few craigslist ads that might have been too good to be true, wonder if that's how "they" got my number..
