Who called from 3128012

Got my mobile phone bill stating that i text a number 3128012 and was charged  £ 4.25.Still wondering who or which company is this?

had a call from 3128012 on 22nd dec 2010 at0:45:46 for 1 sec and charged £4.26.dont know who it is.

This is a one off charge for a game from a company called player x on behalf of o2.

charge is 4.26 ex VAT

this item appears on your bill as a 1 second duration call so that it has a value on the bill as do standard sms

I have had a text saying I will be charged 5.00 for tetris from 3128012. But I haven't downloded any games. What can I do ?
