Who called from 3128091458

This number just called my cellphone, also in the 312 area code, with only half of a ring. I'm not doing any callback as that might begin the scam.

I got this call too...half a ring. Don't call back as this is a scam.

got a half ring also that then hung up.....not calling these scumbags back

Call from this #, 11:37 EDT 10/15/2014. Almost called back as I have family in Chicago and I thought it might be one of them... Glad I googled it first.
