Who called from 3128095220

Got this call coming from a Chicago number an hour after I got a random call from a different number in New York.  I didn't pick up either call and neither left a voicemail so I cannot confirm who they are, but it seems its just a scam call judging by the 3 pages of posts here.  Waste of time.

Sure would be nice if that USELESS Do Not Call would be enforced! Another USELESS government agency loaded with friends, campaign contributors and deadbeats!

Some telemarketing scam from Comed,
or the Commonwealth Edison, to lower
electricity rates for medium to large consumers.

Called my landline as well and did not leave a message. Only the phone number showed up on my caller ID - no mention of a name.

looks like a radio station or prize on ID but likely a scam bcz other calls from unknown or weird # and fake charity same day and around same times also pennsylvania call kept repeat calling even after machine picks up
