Fake charity scam. These scumbags use countless phone numbers and will continue to bother us unless people STOP giving credit card information. NEVER give personal information to charities or ANYONE by the phone.
I dont really know anybody from downtown Chicago so I didnt answer it. Called my cell phone, Left no message. Pretty sure the "SCAM" artists are ramping for the holidays with something, hoping to tug on someones heart string.
