Who called from 3128210220

Got a call but did not answer because I did not recognize the number.  It said calling from Franklin Park and the caller ID said private.  No message was left.

constantly calling and leaving no voicemail.
when i do pick up they hang up after a moment of silence.
probably some scumbag from the leftwing.

keep calling wont leave voice message, wish they would quit.

Calls at all hours of day/night.  I finally blocked it on my phone.

Called me claiming to be "Diabetic Connect", telling me I get a free meter, then quickly hung up when I questioned them.
