I have stopped answering these calls.  They are for my adult son, who does not live with us, has not for 7 years.  They purportedly want to sell him a consolidation of his student loans, most of which are already consolidated.  I guess after they call him and he does not answer, they call us, since he had to report next of kin, and our phone number, in his exit briefing for the federal student loans.  It has become supremely annoying.
