well dang I was hoping this was real, but knew it was to good to be true. I misdialed and got this number. was thinking this was the greatest miss dial ever...
These guys are scam artists. This is a popular ploy... They will make you think you really hit the jackpot so that you are not thinking things through like you normally would. Ultimately, what they want is to get you to agree to pay a small fee of some kind, so they need your credit or debit card number. For example, they may say you won a 7 day cruise and all you need to pay for are taxes or a small port charge. You are excited, thinking you just got lucky so your guard is down. The information they provide is completely false. The whole story is 100% false… a trick… a hoax of the worse kind. Don’t give them any personal information. They will drain your accounts and by the time most people realize they have been a victim, the scam artists have set up shop in a new location with new phone number so the authorities cannot track them down. Be smart! Don’t talk to them. Hang up on them if you answer their call. Do not call them back if they leave a message.
Got the same thing a few days ago.. But I went thru it and paid the fee then saw this.. I guess I was too excited.. I saw this and got scared so I contacted the cruise line directly.. They verified that I was in the system.. And I was able to book my cruise... I'm going next month with my wife.. So not sure what is going on but I don't think I get scammed. If someone paid something and got screwed I want to know.
I also got this and I went thru the process.. Claimed my tickets and booked my cruise.. I don't know what all the fuss is about.. You people that are upset maybe needed the cruise more than me,!
Brett and Don are posts by the scam artists. They dont like it that the truth is coming out about their illegal activity. People are getting smart and not falling for their BS!
