Who called from 3128370055

Some company that wants to do free roof inspections. They shouldn't be calling numbers from the do not call list.

This number calls several times a day.  Only message is goodbye.

i need  a roof inspection , but they call while i'm at work .so i call the number back , of course it's not in service

Only message said "good bye"

Guy calls and asks if I'll be home tomorrow.  Why?  They are doing work in the are on my neighbors roofs and will do a free inspection to make sure I don't have any damage.  I told them to take me off their list and stop calling.  The guy hung up.
