Dude came to my house said his name is Ed Turner and wanted to confirm the transmission charges on my AEP bill were correct.  Said he will come back tomorrow because I told him I had no clue where to find my bill.  Had another guy with him - he showed what looked like credentials but it was just after 9pm and about 8 degrees outside.  Thinking this was bogus as hell.  Just trying to figure out what the angle was.
