Called at 1:30 and left no message

Received a call from 312-854-1556 around 11:30 AM on 1/28/17, shown on CID as: "Chicago IL".  No message left on answering machine, so it's most likely yet another spam/spoof/scam call.  SO annoying.  We get SO many of these types of calls EVERY day.  Really wish that someone could put a stop to them!

Received a call Saturday, Jan. 28th @ 2:33pm. Chicago CID, did not pick up, no message left.

Rec'd call on my cell on 1/28,  Left no message.  Caller now blocked since I didn't give our number and did not recognize this number.

Called husbands cell phone around 2:15 pm 01/29/17. Didn't leave any msg., blocking number.  Scam call???
