I rec'd a phone call on 8-11-2012 @ 8:10 P.M. from 312-864-6412. I see on this site that it's a Land-Line belonging to PROVIDENT HOSPITAL. I'm no way affiliated with this hospital. the only message this automated # left on my answering machine was "thank you" - "thank you" for WHAT? I'm reporting this # as "Fraudulent".
