I just had Home Depot crew install a washer & dryer a few hours ago. The delivery guy said I may get a survey call after he installed the washer & dryer. I did not answer my cell since I did not recognize the number. No message either. Oh well....
After appliance delivery from Lowes, I received a call from this number. I did not answer because I didn't recognize the number. They did not leave a voice mail, so I do not feel obligated to return the call. Annoying.
What an amazing waste of money for Home Depot. A robot call that doesn't even work. I guess that just shows how much you really care about their customers when they can't even get that part right.
