Who called from 3128680554

I get calls every day I don't answer and they have recorded message that just says the number.

Calls 2-3 times a day. Leaves message. Only leaves phone number 312-868-0554. Who are they? I don't answer any calls from callers I do not know.

Got this message twice in one day and it says i am approved for a loan The call said not available and the second time it had a 11 in front of it Don't think it is a loan at all

This is the second call I have gotten from this number. Say something about loan then called back and tell me something about charges to be filed on me  and I haven't broken any laws and know this a scam. I want this call to stop and leave me alone am at work when this call comes in and can't answer the call.

Try turning you phone off while at work. I am sure your employer would like that as they are paying you.
