Who called from 3128730004

Someone at this number has called me 5 or 6 times this morning.  It sounds like a far away skype call.  Either someone hangs up immediately, or a woman can be heard in the distance.

Got a call like that too.  Same Chicago number.  They don't say anything, just hang-up.  I hate these idiots.

I got a call from 312 873 004 today at 8:00 pm CST. They called my cellphone. I did not know who they were so I answered. I just heard a tone like a fax machine trying to connect.
