The number is United Recovery Systems.  .... tag that number and assign the "mute" ringtone.

Somebody called my house looking for my girlfriends estranged uncle trying to get information on him. When I asked who it was and what it was concerning, the person wouldn't tell me and was beyond rude. I then looked up the number and found it to be a collection agent. What kind of crazy tactics are these companies using to gain information on people. Very scummy. Just crazy

They called my phone, it is a collection office out of Texas

312-878-2290 Called my place of employment looking for my grandmother. It is illegal what this company is doing. United Recovery Systems is what the number comes back to on google.
