I believe this is a number from an ophthalmological magazine service. Have asked them numerous times to take me off their list, but now instead of a person being on the other line it just clicks and then turns into a fast busy. Calls about twice a day.
Sounded like a Chinese accent lady that I couldn't understand. I was in the drive thru at McDonald's and couldn't take the call. Hate unsolicited calls from telemarketers! Won't answer it again.
Second call from this number today. Same time yesterday. Tried to call back and get a fake "All Circuits Are Busy" recording. Obviously then don't want US calling THEM!
