Who called from 3128785661

looks like they have moved on to here in Washington

they called my cell phone - here in L.A. - missed the call and then tried to call that # - recording states call cannot be completed as dialed.

I was just called from this number. I didn't pick up in time.

I just received a call from this number. Since I did not recognize the number, I did not answer. I am on the National Do Not Call list and live in Indiana.

I got a call... answered it.  Supposedly wanting to offer some sort of home security system. I am on the no call list as well.
