Who called from 3128789021

caller wanted me to be his wife, also said he worked for ICSS, I told him to lose my number.  Hard to understand bad accent

Some one called asking for me the odd think is that the person who called knew my full name after i ask who he was he hung up

This number calls me multi times a day looking for someone who had this number Yeats ago, but it's mine now. I finally answered to say I wasn't who they are looking for and keep leaving voicemails for. He begin to get irate saying I am a liar. I told him to lose my number and leave me alone. He told me he wished he could "[***] my dead body" then I hung up.

They called me three times. I answered the first time and he asked for me. He offered me a personal loan. I asked who he was & he hung up on me. I blocked the number.

Whoever called waited for my answering machine then hung up. I never answer calls from out of the area no matter what, so their wasting their time
