Called and said that all IRS was going to file a lawsuit but this is not the first time I've received this call I also received it on other AT&T telephone numbers I have on my plan landline and the five cell phone
Strange message left on my cell voicemail saying I was being sued by the IRS and to call 312-878-9026. I was calm (or tried to be). Caller accused me of driving while speaking to him. I had the AC turned on... I finally turned it off and he relaxed... then we were cut off. I called back and he accused me of hanging up! This is most definitely a scam. I spoke with three different guys...Richard Walter, Daniel Miller and Richard Weber. They all had the same accent. They hung up on me again when I asked for someone without an accent. It was foolish of me to stay on the line as long as I did, but when the IRS calls...
I just got this call. Definitely a scam. Do not bother to call back and block the call. I got the same call regarding the IRS previously from a different number. The caller was from a phone center. Indian accent although the number was from Indiana. Very manipulative and insulting.They may call again from a different number.
