Its a scam!!!!!!!!!! they've been calling all week saying that they were a loan company and said I owed a loan amount of $648 and I had to pay now.!! I ask them to send me a letter in the mail with info they said no that it was time sensitive and something had to be paid right now. So I told them no and hung up and they have been calling me from all types of numbers. What throws you off is they are not foreigners they are American and sound professional and legigte.
This number called me early today saying that I had to call them back to pay a fee or else they were going to press charges. I don't have any loans out, I'm not registered for school or bought anything to were I would have to pay anything to anyone. Called back and got just music.
Things to remember about loans offered by phone or e-mail: (Pay attention to item #4!)
Loans
1. No reputable lender will lend you money over the phone.
2. No reputable lender will lend you money by e-mail
3. On-line lenders are nothing more than conduits for another loan scam.
4. Advance fees for loans are always illegal. At least in most American states.
5. If you want to borrow money, go to an established brick and mortar lender that has been around awhile.
6. If you receive a call from someone with an Indian accent either a. threatening you or b. offering you something, you know it’s a scam and you should hang up immediately.
7. These people are predators, the calls are not random, they have information that they have bought from various sources and know your financial history. If you have ever taken out a pay-day loan, they have all your information. They know who they are calling. They like to pick on women, single mothers, the elderly and sometimes members of the immigrant community. Also, those who might be in financial difficulty.

This number has been calling me for months now. They say that I've been approved for a loan for $10,000 and then when I called them out on the scam, the man said "F you, I want your p*ssy" sick people need to be stopped.
I got a call from Cash Advance Chicago; he gave correct address for that name on Google. In Chicago. That was last Thursday.
They wanted me to give them my user name and password to my bank account that they were going to send $2,500 for 17 months but that makes $2,500 (where is the interest) Today I got an email from them to continue my order. The man also said they were going to send $500-600 first to check out the bank account, that it was real but needed my personal info. I called the number in the email , a man answered and wasn't interested in what I told him, said they were getting customers complain about the same thing, said to report it to the FTD and police in my area.
