Who called from 3128789042

I got call from this number. It is a scam.

Just got this call but as it goes with these unsolicited calls, I never answer. Let 'em waste their time.

I've received 4 calls over the past 4 hours. Haven't answered and no message left. I live in CA and this is a Chgo # calling me.

I received that same exact pre-recorded message (it began midway with "charges", then proceeds with "please call back between Monday through friday...");  what is it all about? Stupidest thing ever! I'm also on the national "Don't not call list" registry.

Picked up, and no one answered. All I can say for the Do Not Call list is that they cut down on the # of calls. Didn't stop them!
