They just called and left a message that they mailed some documents to me that he was suprised my attorney hadnt responded to since I was in such legal trouble. He said I needed to call back today or the police would be at my house to arrest me. Pretty sure everything they said on my voicemail is illegal.
I got a call from 3128789175 telling me that I owe a debt and he was about to file a claim against me for 5/3 bank. He knows my social security #, name, etc...gave me the amount I owe then also stated I will owe attorney fees, interest fees and office fees. From what I am reading this appears to be a scam but I don't want to ignore it. Who do I call to make sure I don't really owe or to report fraud?
