Who called from 3128789525

Called too early--message cut off at beginning--something about "processing charges" and "direct line" with the number.

the same has happened to me 2 days in a row and I am on the do not call list

Who does this number belong?
The lady on the message, said something about not delaying charges.

I have asked serval times to be placed on their do not call list and they just ignore my request and the ppl that call me do not sound like there from India so at lest they have ppl that are Americans working for them and you can understand that they want to scam you, lol. So now 8 just put them on my auto reject last so I'm not being bothered by them any longer

Tired of telling them to be put on there no call list and they just ignore my request , why do they even have that do not call list if there's nothing we can do to stop them? I would like to have a bull horn to use on them when they call that way they can't hear for a while after calling my number!
