Who called from 3128789554

This number came up as FBF.  They did not leave a message though.

Caller ID was  FBF.  No message left.  This was the 2nd call from this number w/in
10 minutes!?

They claim to be the Fireman's Benevolent Fund. They're soliciting donations and do NOT listen to being told not to call. I told them to take me off their list, the guy argued, I hung up, and I got another call the next day. When I told the guy that I said to take me off their list, he refused!

I recommend filing at
https://esupport.fcc.gov/ccmsforms/form1088.action?form_type=1088B

if they bother you again.
