To begin with I am also on the 'do not call' list, not that that means anything these days...   but I refuse to answer any calls if they do not have a name attached....  they can leave a message or not as the caller from this number chose to do...  However, if this continues, I have purchased a very loud whistle which I am prepared to use ....
